1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the 21tk platform at 21tk.org, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform. These terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you (the user) and 21tk.

21tk reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on this page. Continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms regularly.

2. Eligibility

To register and use 21tk, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or playing on the platform.
• You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporations, partnerships, or other legal entities may not register accounts.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including a valid Bangladesh mobile number that you own and control.
• You must not be subject to any court order, legal restriction, or regulatory prohibition that prevents you from participating in online gaming activities.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each eligible individual may hold only one registered account on 21tk. Opening more than one account — whether under the same name, mobile number, device, IP address, or payment method — is a violation of these terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts. When registering, you agree to the following obligations:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must notify 21tk support immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised.
• All information provided to 21tk must be truthful and kept up to date. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You acknowledge that 21tk may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation — including a copy of a government-issued identification document — at any stage of your account's lifecycle.

21tk is not liable for any losses you incur as a result of unauthorised account access where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether authorised by you or not.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

21tk supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All financial transactions on the platform are subject to the following terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. 21tk does not charge a platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the most recent deposit. 21tk may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal request.
• 21tk reserves the right to delay or withhold any withdrawal where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or breach of these terms pending investigation.
• All funds deposited on the platform must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted and may result in account suspension.
• Processing times: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay deposits are typically credited instantly. Withdrawals to mobile money accounts are typically processed within one hour. Bank card transactions may take longer depending on the issuing bank.

In the event of a technical error resulting in an incorrect account credit, 21tk reserves the right to reverse the erroneous transaction. You must not use funds that you know or reasonably suspect have been credited to your account in error.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

21tk offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, seasonal promotions, and other offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms attached to individual offers:

• Bonuses are only available to players who have completed registration and whose accounts are in good standing. Bonuses are not available to players who have requested self-exclusion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover conditions) that must be met before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The specific rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• 21tk reserves the right to void any bonus and any winnings derived from it where there is evidence or reasonable suspicion that the bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, including the use of duplicate accounts.
• Bonuses may only be used for the game categories specified in the individual promotion. Using a bonus in a game category not covered by the promotion may result in the bonus being voided.
• 21tk reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Any bets placed on the basis of a promotion that is subsequently cancelled will be settled at the standard odds applicable at the time the bet was placed.

6. Fair Play and Prohibited Conduct

21tk is committed to providing a fair gaming environment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage, including chip-dumping in poker or other table games.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the platform or gain an advantage over other players or the house.
• Exploitation of software bugs, glitches, or errors in game logic. Any winnings obtained through a known software error must be reported to 21tk immediately; failure to do so may constitute fraud.
• Any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from illegal activities or structuring transactions to avoid detection.
• Abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour directed at 21tk staff or other players, whether through the platform's communication features or any external channel.

21tk employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is identified, 21tk reserves the right to close the account, forfeit all balances, and recover any amounts previously withdrawn that were derived from the prohibited activity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 21tk platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game content, software, user interface elements, and any other materials — is the property of 21tk or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, redistribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 21tk platform without prior written permission from 21tk. Unauthorised use of any 21tk intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these terms and may result in legal action.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 21tk shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the platform. This includes but is not limited to: loss of funds resulting from technical failures, interruptions to service, unauthorised account access, or errors in game outcomes resulting from certified RNG operation.

21tk makes no warranty, express or implied, that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. 21tk also makes no representation regarding the accuracy or completeness of any information on the platform. Your use of the platform is entirely at your own risk. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury resulting from negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

9. Responsible Gaming

21tk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimising the risk of gambling-related harm. All real-money gaming on the platform is strictly limited to players aged 21 and above. In addition to the age restriction, 21tk offers the following responsible gaming tools to all account holders:

• Deposit limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time via account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased.

• You have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the eligibility requirements, the prohibition on duplicate accounts, or the fair play obligations.
• 21tk has reasonable grounds to believe that you are engaging in fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other conduct that may expose 21tk or its players to legal, financial, or reputational risk.
• You have requested voluntary closure of your account. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within five business days.

11. Amendments to These Terms

21tk may amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 21tk will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the registered mobile number associated with the account. The updated terms will take effect from the date they are published on this page.
